Female real estate veterans launch venture to 'evolve' Phoenix industry

With a combined 35 years in the business, Heather Personne and Amy Malloy began seriously discussing creating a real estate development and advisory company in November, and things came together quickly.

In March, the two launched their commercial real estate company, Evolve Ventures, where they offer consulting for planning, strategy, market analysis, site selection, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design and construction management, leasing and asset management and purchase and sale advisory. The company offers the work for all asset classes.
