As industry veterans with nearly 50 years of experience combined, Heather Personne and Amy Malloy were accustomed to successfully navigating the commercial real estate world.

As working moms, they also were used to choosing between beneficial networking opportunities or taking their kids to school and making soccer practice on time. This came with the territory for female commercial real estate professionals, a minority among those working in the industry.

When Persone and Malloy decided to merge their expertise and talents with Evolve Ventures, the Phoenix-based commercial real estate development firm they started in 2019, they no longer had to choose.
